Refund Policy

  • If you are unhappy in anyway with your goods you may send them back for a full refund please email us to arrange.
  • The goods must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels attached and in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request a full refund.
  • We are unable to refund goods that are damaged as above or shows signs of wear.
  • Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons including – Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery, Pierced Earrings.
Refunds : 
  • Upon receiving the goods returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receipt (Monday/Saturday), and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days.
  • Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system.
  • A refund will show on your card under our company name: The Dress Shop
  • Please ensure that you wrap the package securely,For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a signed Delivery service please note Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £39.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
  • Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. All initial postage and packaging costs will be retained by the seller.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
    Complaints Procedure.
    • All queries should be emailed to and we'll do our best to get back to you within 2 hours. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you if there will be any delay.
